But if you’re tired, overstimulated, and emotionally tapped out…im here to remind you: there are some easy, low-effort ways to protect your peace without even breaking a sweat—or a nail. These are the soft, everyday resets I keep in my rotation. Little habits that remind my nervous system, “Hey Queen you’re safe. You’re cared for. And you don’t have to earn rest.” Yessssss!!!! This list includes: • What to do when the group chat gets too loud • Why standing in the sun is cheaper than therapy (and sometimes just as effective) • How doing absolutely nothing for 3 minutes might be the key to everything • The reason I keep saying “no” like it’s a skincare ingredient • And why sometimes? Hydration is the most luxurious flex I’ve got Share this with your bestie, your sister, or your mama. Or just save it for a day when you’re feeling fried and need a reminder that you don’t have to do the most to feel like yourself again. Bye bye for now!!!!
