The FASTEST easy to stimulate the US economy is to forgive ALL student loans. That money will go directly into the economy though buying houses, cars, generally shopping more. We were able to use tax payer funds to bail banks of BILLIONS of dollars. That money definitely didn’t go back into the economy but that was an “okay” use. 🙄

Instead of 17 trillion missing just this last year. And politicians stealing the money. College and health care should have been free for all. That who been acceptable to me after paying in thousands in Taxes and never getting that money back.

Can you imagine if the govt just went and changed all the terms on our mortgages, rent, or car notes?!? This is why student loan programs is bs. That it can just change at the whim on our govt even though we all signed promissary notes with other terms agreements.

Ppl won’t go to college or do advance degrees so we will see a major deduction doctors, lawyers, engineers, researchers. Only the rich will be able to afford college. I guess that’s what they want.

I love how everyone is upset and saying they need more than that in student loans and blaming the government but no one is talking about the college school system and how much money they make from all this. So quick to blame the gov rather then the university that set the price tag of your degree
