When the shirt person closes the distance (which is quite hard to do) they will have an advantage. The arms of the tall person will make it harder to maneuver the weapon.

i think u can only use reverse grip with a dagger and switch to normal grip( reverse grip for stabbing and normal grip for the other stuff)

I fenced when I was younger and as the shortest person, I was always at a disadvantage. I learned to widen my lunges and not telegraph the movement so they'd suddenly find me closing a much wider distance than they expected and landing a hit. Probably not as helpful in an ACTUAL swordfight but it made me feel so powerful as a teenager.

when I used to fence, I would do something I called "the gremlin" where I squated down as short as I could while advancing as fast as I could while cackling like a mad man. not tournament legal, but fun to do when fencing someone new for the first time.
