IN BOTH BILLS IN ORDER TO GET THE DEDUCTION YOU HAVE TO REPORT IT INTO YOUR GROSS INCOME FIRST, just another way for the Government to collect more revenue from the individuals who usually make the least amount of money smh 🤦🏻♀️
