@sugarspundreams: homemade chocolate chip crumb cake loaf🤎🍰 batter: 1/2 cup softened butter(113g) 3/4 cup granulated sugar(150g) 2 eggs(room temp) 1 tsp vanilla(5g) 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt(or sour cream)(120g) 2 tbsp milk(30g) 1 1/2 cup cake flour( or all purpose flour but remove 3 tbsp of flour and replace with cornstarch)(180g)(or 153g flour + 24g cornstarch ) 1 tsp baking powder(4g) 1/4 tsp salt(1.5g) 1/4 tsp baking soda(1.5g) & chocolate chips(measure with your heart) mix your butter & sugar until combined, then add your eggs and vanilla, fold in your dry ingredients and chocolate chips. crumb: 1/3 cup flour(42g) 1/3 cup brown sugar(67g) 3 tbsp softened butter(43g) 1/4 tsp cinnamon (.5g) combine with your fingers until a crumb-like texture forms, if your crumb starts to get mixed too much it will need to freeze for 5 minutes and try to crumble it again after. bake at 350•F for 50-60 minutes( mine took so long because of the pan ) check around 40 minutes to see if it’s finished cooking. #chocolatechip #cake #loaf #Recipe #bakingrecipe #baking #fyp
