Reminds me of a woman who refused to give her companies details. She passed me to her M.D. who got stroppy until I pointed out we'd bill him if he didn't confirm details (so we could find his contract). He then got shouty with the woman lol

I’ve actually said point blank “Unfortunately I haven’t achieved a state of Hive Mind with my coworkers, so I’ll need a few details to get brought up to speed”. If they’re not already screaming they’re usually caught so off-guard that they laugh and the tension is broken enough to start fresh.
