I’m on the breeders side. She didn’t want to sell a cat that may potentially be not be a healthy cat. She told the client and it should’ve been settled. Either she agreed to the boy or moved on and looked for another breeder.

I’m very against judge judy on this one. You can tell this woman is a good cat breeder, the other lady is just acting entitled. She doesn’t have to sell any cat that she doesn’t want to no matter the reason.

I think Judy isn't thinking about that fact that these are babies and sometimes a "cold" can kill them. Additionally there are a lot of upper respiratory infections in cats that can flare up for the life of the cat.

This would be a red flag for me just because I am a breeder too, and I don’t ever have a respiratory infections or colds in my colony. It means you’re not being secure and keeping a hygienic environment.

cold is an umbrella term, kittens are babies, babies are fragile. she didn't want to give away a kitten they could have a serious illness that would be difficult or impossible to treat.
