I learned this in my 20s after one of my relationships. I started to change my eating habits and chose a healthier lifestyle. He wasn’t up for it and it made things so difficult. I said never again bc a healthy lifestyle is such a big part of my life.

And to add, maturity is arriving at that conclusion in the most honest, kind, transparent, gracious, and vulnerable (all by both parties) way, that we're simply not a match, in 3-6 months vs. years of fits/starts. It's refreshing in a way.
