@celestefisherfitness: My full day of eating—aka what it looks like when you eat for muscle growth, strength, energy, and joy⬇️ For years, I thought I had to choose between seeing results and enjoying my food. I thought “discipline” meant skipping breakfast, counting carrots, and saying no to anything that wasn’t clean or perfectly macro-friendly. But now? I eat to feel good. I eat to lift heavy, recover fast, build muscle, and stay sane. I eat for hormone health, digestion, performance, and yes—enjoyment. Today that looked like: ✨ rice cakes with protein powder (@activestacks) & PBFIT + blueberries ✨ grilled chicken & light brie & kimchi & mini bao buns(TJs) ✨ dark chocolate chunks ✨a probiotic soda (yes, the mango one) ✨ a high-protein tuna salad with chips (recipe coming soon!) ✨drizzalicious ✨ greek yogurt & more chocolate Not everything was perfectly portioned. Not every ingredient was “clean.” But it was balanced, protein-forward, satisfying, and aligned with my goals. This is what it looks like to stop fearing food and start working with your body.
