Jesus Christ died for you He defeated sin on that cross He died for you because He loves you and to set you free from sin He died for you so that we can have eternal life in Heaven with Him if we belive and have true faith the Lord is always there wherever you go Jesus changed my life and He can change yours too trust in him and let Him guide you please give your life to the Lord for He is the Messiah the only way the truth and the life trust in Him in Jesus name amen🙏❤️

Well, I try my best to measure my pace with doing cardio - highs and lows — high being a sprint/ fast jog —- lows being rest / recovery- the better your recovery is/ the improvement of your speed in your high moments lead to improvement in stamina

i do sparing but only in the body since we want to built stamina not knock ourselves down and since it's only in the body the sparing last longer and makes you have more energy but we sometimes do it in the face to get usted to the pain
