so I ordered the salud horchata and it was not that great. if you are really wanting to do protein horchata and make a latte, breve, or iced coffee... primeval labs Horchata protein mix is the way to go. that one tasted more like I was drinking freshly made horchata at my abuelita's house. the salud one tastes like a no sabo kids version of horchata.
