The VESA mount on the bottom is super handy for mounting the setup to the back of a TV.

I got the optical drive what's nice about the HP one is it also has a 4 port usb hub so you dont loose any usb ports i use an i7 powered one of these for a media center these use next to no power and do everything you need it to do
