Hey I know I’m late but I got the 14900K under 3 radiators and 18 fans and gaming my GPU is 30-45C but cpu is 85-91C due to thermal transfer limitations between the integrated heatspreader and the actual die which is way smaller…. I saw you have a 13900K and even if I don’t get a reply, hopefully I help your case. What I did to fix the issue was something I don’t recommend you do, but I delidded and sand down the actual physical die with 50grit sandpaper, if you are going to do it, please be careful u can actually shed off a piece of the cpu die.

things to check: thermal paste coverage and BRAND/type (yes it matters), check pump profile. You can change the profiles of the pump to pump the liquid faster. Is your radiator 240 or 360?
Fan curve change can help as well. Also depending on the CPU 35 to 50 is normal at idle. Lastly check your processes and see what is running in the background while at idle.

my PC in idle is always at 55°C, rarely goes under that, when I'm playing at full load it goes to 75° or 80° max. You are fine with these temps

I mean if you need a computer mechanic to move in I got you 😂 your pretty af 😅 I use (hwinfo 64) as well if I need to, the screen you showed first you knees the sensors section and it will tell you if it gets too hot, my pc on idle sits around 50-60 ish on idle and on heavy load it is around 70-75 usually doesn’t go higher, I need to get a 360 rad cooler just don’t have the money for it rn

your fans are probably on default if you don't have the software. Or go inti bio to manual set the speeds.
