I love my thrifted barristers cabinet bc I can see my fabric but it doesn’t get dusty - however it cannot compete with the enormity of this gorgeous stash!! ❤️

I like the mini bolts that you make out of corrugated plastic, cut to the size of the shelf. Then add them along the shelf like bolts at the store.

I’ve seen people who wrap it around cardboard or form core that’s cut to their shelf specs and stack it like books.

Get something like cardboard and cut it into an 8x12 rectangle, invest in some clear bins/tubs, start the fold everything long ways and then flip it short ways, stack in clear bins. I’ve gotten SOOOO much to surprisingly fit that way and you can see everything in them as well! Very helpful on a budget friendly storage space saver!

I got a small parts cabinet with drawers, like a mechanic has. My buttons are organized in there by color. Fabric in plastic totes by type. Cotton, knit, satin, sparkle, etc.

I’m going to store mine in a dresser for now. I’m gonna try to make a video about it once I move. Would really love an armoire with doors eventually

I did this with all my cotton fabrics and some foam board. I gave an ikea Alex wide drawer unit for all my zippers, buttons, notions etc. and my apparel fabric is also mini bolts in my closet. Less pretty but I can see everything.

Those vacuum bags where when you suck the air out of them they're really flat. then you can store a bunch of them under your bed in a tote. You can fit so much fabric in one of those
