I think she also felt sad at the end isn’t because of regret of loving him but also knowing that if he were to meet her again, she would still choose him but knows that heartache awaits her (like their son dying which I’d say is the biggest reason why she told him to ignore her if they were to meet in another life) because if they hadn’t met and fell in love she wouldn’t have had to go through the pain of losing her identity and her only child 😭😭❤️

the fact that he's just an average korean male lead, being aggressive, possessive and selfish while she's literally the best female lead with the best and most consistent character build in any k-drama just gives me mixed feeling about trs. like i wished she would never accept his marriage proposal and he would get tf out of her life all the time 😔 like be fr he literally ruined her whole life for sth called "love", which is solely possessiveness 😩
