As a nail tech. I wouldn’t have gave her back 50%. I would have offered to fix but then as her being a nail tech, she knw to communicate b4 leaving. Once u leave that’s it.

As a nail tech I would’ve never asked for money back. You used your time & product & it’s my responsibility to speak up at the appointment. I love sitting in someone’s else chair because I HATE doing my own nails & never acted like this .
