I'm absolutely broken with burnout. I sleep so much but I'm still so tired. everything is flat, I feel numb except when I'm anxious. I physically can't message my friends back, it's been over a month now. everything aches and I have insane brain fog. rest and quiet isnt making a tiny bit of difference
