You’ll need: 🥬 1/2 purple cabbage, shredded or thinly sliced 🥒 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced 🌶 6–10 radishes, thinly sliced 🥕 2 carrots, shredded 🌿 Bunch of cilantro, minced 🌰 1/2 cup almonds, crushed 🍊 Juice and zest of 1 orange 🍋 Juice of 1 lemon 🧂 Salt and pepper 🫒 3–4 tbsp olive oil 1.
