@cbsla: Los Angeles firefighters have successfully extinguished a house fire that sparked in Pacific Palisades on Wednesday. It took more than two dozen LA City firefighters more than 30 minutes to knock down the attic fire, which broke out inside a home that just avoided becoming one of 7,000 structures destroyed by the deadly and devastating Palisades Fire in January. The house, located in the 1100 block of North Las Pulgas Place, suffered extensive damage. LA City Fire has not identified a cause at this time.
