@kristysketolifestyle: Dill Pickle Rangoon These are easy to make and my kids loved them!! We dipped ours in my homemade ranch dressing. RECIPE - Makes 12 INGREDIENTS: 2 Cutdacarb flatbreads 4 oz cream cheese 1 & 1/2 whole pickles, diced 1/2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped 1 tsp minced garlic DIRECTIONS: 1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped dill, and diced pickles. 2. Holding the flatbreads horizontally, tear each one into 6 even strips. 3. Place a small amount of the scream cheese mixture on the end of each strip and then wipe a little bit of cream cheese onto the other end to help seal. 4. Fold the bottom right hand corner up and over and then repeat folding it this way (back and forth) until you reach the end. 5. Spritz with avocado oil spray and air fry at 375 for 8 minutes.
