Philae Temple in Egypt , located in Aswan, Egypt, was originally built on Philae Island in the Nile River south of Aswan. Visiting Hrs;The site is open daily from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Entry tickets cost 550 EGP (≈ US $8.90) for adults and 275 EGP (≈ US $7.50) for students. In the evenings, a sound-and-light show brings ancient myths to life through lights and narration. In 1979, Philae Temple was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List as part of the “Nubian Monuments” along with Abu Simbel and other sites.
