Assuming you got $2.50 per pound of copper, you would have had to scrap 3,200 lbs of copper a week. That's more than a ton and a half.

8 thousand.a week🤣🤣🤣 I scrapped an entire trailer park. 20 full size trailers. I stripped all the copper and got 950.00 unless you have a continuous amount of big copper u not doing 8k a week... nope

I always just put it a half barrel with diesel and burned it. the scrap yard doesn't care if it's shiny or charred. this is too much work
