i really hope no one actually takes this 100%.. if you actually want to lose weight you should work out your tdee (maintenance calories) for moderate exercise and remove 20% to put yourself into a deficit and body recomp (losing fat and building muscle at the same time) PLEASE do not only eat 250 calories for lunch.. a meal should AT LEAST be between 450-500 at the very LEAST (basically a snack)
