Meditation brought subtle shifts that changed everything. I became confident, calm & present but what really surprised me was how answers started coming to problems, doubts, things I struggled with. It’s like my subconscious finally had space to speak 👍

This is incredible, keep it up — meditation & mindset coach here, 8 years meditating, 5 years into meditating daily — absolutely killing it with these shifts, they become deeper and more profound the longer you do it and if you dive into the philosophy of a practice (for example Tibetan Buddhism) there’s so many more life changing techniques there!! i used to do mediation for 45mins everyday’.. i was gng through breakup during that time and have anxiety. and trust me after like 3 months i have a lot of change! such peace! and i don’t get as angry like before! people usually tell me that i am very calm! ☺️

I meditated for 20 mins/day for just over 400 days about 8 years ago and haven’t done it much since then. I noticed that my ability to focus became rock solid, 3 hour lectures were a breeze. But I can’t say I was conscious of any other benefit and so I stopped.
