@giancrstesq: Where did the random glass come from in the Karen Read case? #greenscreen #KarenRead #KarenReadTrial #LawyerBreakdown #TrialTwist #LegalAnalysis #DefensePerspective #truecrimetok #TrueCrimeTikTok #LiveAt6 #truecrime #CourtroomUpdate #TrueCrimeCommunity
The CW also want us to believe that a fragile piece of glass clung to a bumper for 60 miles through a snowstorm. That’s not evidence. That’s reasonable doubt.

Thank you for this explanation - I generally understood what the defense was highlighting…now I really get it. So smart to include this for jury…I fear they won’t piece everything together (pun intended)

How has Proctor not sung like a 🐦. He has deserved everything that has been handed to him but to be willing to go down alone, boggles my mind?!

All planted, if you do your job properly you don't find pieces of glass/tail light weeks later

I think the wording is: there were 5 pieces of glass claimed to have been found on bumper. 2 of those pieces were too small to test. Three pieces left. Two of those three remaining pieces were found by Bukaki but they couldn’t be matched to any knowable source. The one remaining piece of glass could be sourced to the cup. It was also a piece found by proctor. Proctor planted the glass.

The solution to the equation is simple. Proctor did a sloppy half ass job of planting evidence assuming it was enough to convince her to take a plea. What under lies this equation is how many times in other cases has he done something like this to get a quick plea or a trial conviction? That is what the Commonwealth is more afraid of than anything else. Having every case thrown out he he’s ever touched.

My dad was a detective and I am sure he is rolling over in his grave. The investigation is so flawed and suspicious.

Idk how Karen could be convicted with this crazy evidence! Do you think the defense will call Proctor since the prosecution isn’t?
