The battle for Trans rights is the bleeding edge of the battle for democracy and morality. Every time we allow their rights to be tramped we empower the worst political tendencies and their darkest fantasies which will never be satisfied. Even if you know no trans people, or do not care, you on the most selfish level should understand that the restriction on their rights will become a restriction on yours. If it hasn’t caused that already.
