so true, I always notice and hear noises even the tiniest one (but deaf when someone is talking to me "distracted by something else"), and it's making me crazy. And a sensitive nose i also have that one, but i don't like it, it can really be awful and trigger my allergies

no cuz fr I thought someone was knocking in the walls because it sounded like that but it was the electricity in our house, I only have adhd diagnosed tho (no I didn’t self diagnose)

It was so much worse when CRTs were still common: the scream from the coils controlling the beam in the picture tube was omnipresent.
