I’m so late but I used prescribed contacts daily so I have some tips. turn your head when putting them in while looking if u understand putting it on the white part of your eye. open your eye more with your fingers so it can go in better. ALWAYS use your left hand to put the contact in your right eye and the opposite for the other eye. When you do open your eye more use the hand that you are not using your put the contact in with to open your eye up more. Make sure that the contact is in the cup shape and not flipped. You will know if it’s flipped if the edges are curving outwards a bit I’ll show a photo for better understanding under this comment. Blink a few times until the contact gets comfortable. When talking them out NEVER pinch with the front part of your finger always slide it over to the outer part of your eye and pinch it with the side of your finger this part doesn’t matter what hand you use.

if you need help putting your contacts in this is how i put in my prescription ones: 1. pick up the lens with the opposite hand of what eyes it’s going in (left lens, pick up with right hand) 2. place on the tip of your pointer finger 3.with middle finger of the hand that’s holding the lens pull down your lower lid 4. with your free hand pull up your upper lid 5. gently place the lens on your eye! it will definitely take practice to not flinch and to feel comfortable but it should get easier! half fun cool girl!

Pull the lid down, look up and to the side so your iris is NOT the part you’re placing the contact on, press into the sclera(white) of the eye , then close and blink your eye until the contact settles on the iris/pupil
