chocolate chip muffins… Ingredients: (6-7 jumbo muffins) 250g all purpose flour 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 150g granulated sugar 115g unsalted butter, melted 30ml oil 2 large eggs 100g plain yogurt 100ml buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla 100g semi sweet chocolate chips + more for toppings Instructions: 1. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Set aside. 2. In another bowl, whisk sugar, melted butter, oil and eggs until smooth. 3. Stir in yogurt, buttermilk, and vanilla. 4. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined (do not overmix). 5. Fold in chocolate chips. 6. Divide batter evenly into muffin liners. 7. Sprinkle more chocolate chips on top. 8. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and bake another 15 minutes or until done. 9. Let it cool and enjoy. #baking #muffins #chocolatechipmuffins #chocolate
