Not to be a nerd, but there isn't much evidence that the T-rex had scales. Its color has been suspected to be natural colors such as browns and greens. Another thing to mention is that we don't know what the T-rex sounded like, but it likely made low frequency inaudible sounds or crocodile like sounds.

Trex could likely see as good as a hawk upto 10 miles with precision. its arms ,though small,seem specialized as it could move about 2000 pounds with each based off the likely muscle attachment. And if you hear crocodiles you can image how its clicking sounds and likely belowing complex vocals if its more birdlike.With regard to feathers it likely had different looks throughout its lifecycle nore feathered when young and skin like an elephant in adulthood.When young it likely filled a niche of fast mid size creature hunter then transitioned to an apex hyper carnivore niche in adulthood. Sorry paleontology fan shant take the slander against the goat most well studied dinosaur.
