He is saying: Everything that is in the Qur’an is contained in Sūrat al-Fātiḥah. And everything that is in Sūrat al-Fātiḥah is contained in His saying: ‘You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help’ (Iyyāka naʿbudu wa iyyāka nastaʿīn). The heavens and the earth exist only for the realization of Lā ilāha illa Allāh (There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah). If the heavens and the earth were placed on one side of a scale, and Lā ilāha illa Allāh were placed on the other side, then Lā ilāha illa Allāh would outweigh them.
