The job of the kitchen staff is to simply get orders out as they come in. Why would it matter if it’s an employee order or a customer order? If that throws your productivity off then you aren’t fit to run a kitchen.

I have 30 years in the restaurant industry at some of the nicest country clubs in Arizona some of the most qualified sports bars and this man doesn't know what he's talking about.
