For people who don’t have adhd or don’t understand, in ADHD there’s a thing called Hyperfocus which is basically you forget about all outside world and time and your entire mind is fully focused on whatever your doing

Guys every body with adhd is different, I know people who just speedrun work while im the type to slowly chip through it and do a long session on the final day if needed. I the type to be unproductive most of the time, but if I am in the zone then i will blast through the work non stop. Others just grind early and finish quickly
