@msnbc: A suspect is in custody after two staff members of Israel’s embassy in Washington, D.C., were fatally shot outside the Capital Jewish Museum, police said. The suspect, identified as Elias Rodriguez of Chicago has been charged with first-degree murder, murder of foreign officials, causing the death of a person through the use of a firearm and discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence.
