my dad saw me in a dream he had when he was in militery service and the moment mom was pregnant he knew it was going to be a daughter. he was so sure and kept telling her "I know we are having a daughter!" and was so excited. he still keeps that diary, it's one of my biggest flex's ngl.

when my mom did an ultrasound to check my gender, they said i was a boy and my dad was the most devastated man ever, once it was confirmed im actually a girl, he couldn’t stop jumping out of joy. (my dad would love me regardless of gender!)

My grandpa had 5 girls, everyone always asked if he was sad about not having a boy, his response was always “WHATS WRONG WITH MY GIRLS??” He loved them fiercely and made sure they had a deep love and respect for themselves so no mad could ever make them forget what they’re worth.
