American in Japan since 1997: If you go to Japan today, into a video or electronics store, it looks almost exactly like this. People still buy and sell CDs here. And retro consoles and game software, any Book Off store you can find it.

Ironically, noone embodies more the care and attention paid to customer service and product availability of the 80’s-90’s usa—more than Japan today. They carry on the legacy
