Im pretty happy with mine, full equip gym and its a 144m2 duplex in Thonglor. but the price is kinda heavy. but stil. i literally have everything here. barely leave the condo😂

I use amenities daily and I want the view so I don’t mind small units. Also I don t like cleaning and it takes less time with a smaller space

mine 107 Sqm. 1st class service. very spacious, near bts ekamai. cosy and quiet with shuttle EV car, pool and gym.

Personally a swimming pool is a must in warm climate. Gym is optional but will be a plus otherwise there needs to be one in walking distance.

the "luxurious" ones are mostly condos. Apartments with less than 10f generally have bigger rooms

yes i dont care about the pool if im in pattaya i go to the beach a gym might be good but i dont mind but your advice its good. What do you think about chiang mai if i go there i probably look for a place close to loy kroh area or the wat jet lin🙏🏻❤️🇹🇭
