Improve your mobility with this gentle morning yoga 💪 Start your day with these gentle yoga movements that help improve mobility, flexibility, and strength. Work up to 2-3 sets. 1. Arm Raises: Extend arms overhead, lengthen through the fingertips (9-12 reps) 2. Cow to Childspose: Find cow - on all fours, lengthen the spine, drop the belly, lift the tail,  (On all fours, lengthen the spine, open the heart, drop the belly, lift the tail & chin), slowly press the hips back to find chlldspose, lengthening your arms to the front. For a challenge, lift one leg, bend the knee, allowing that hip to open. Repeat on the other side. (3-6 per side, take a rest if you need) 5. Pulsing Lunge to 1/2 Split: Keep spine straight & knee in line with ankle. Pulse, allowing your hips to sink a little deeper into the stretch. Next, keep your spine straight, tighten your core, & tipping from the hips, fold forward.
