well the engineer tried to tell the guy that it would be a catastrophe because there was something wrong with the submersible. instead of listening he fired him. the only one I feel bad for is the 19 year old that only went because his dad wanted him to go with him

The “smile” is obviously her attempt at keeping composure in a sudden, worrying situation. You can clearly see the worry and tension in her face, the “smile” looks more like a nervous grimace, and she then immediately starts trying to find out what’s happened. Had to say something in response to the comments villainising a very common nervous reaction. Everybody in that video looks worried and tense.

explaining what happened for those whoe dont know = at around 11 seconds you can hear a thud, that was the Titan Sub “imploding” (a reverse explosion, crushes everthing due to pressure in an instant) you can hear her say “What was that bang?” im assuming she knew that this sound was NOT a good sound (1/2)
