@brookedoeseverything: Day 26 of Skating Across America was the anniversary of Roger’s passing. I’ve had a lot of mixed emotions. It’s hard to reflect and miss those we’ve lost. But at the same time, it’s empowering to know that they’d be proud of what you’ve achieved. And I couldn’t have done it without the support of my friends, family, and all of you who have supported the journey so far. It warms my heart because it’s not just about crossing a country on a skateboard. It’s about pushing yourself beyond what you thought you were capable of. It’s about empowering a community to go out into the world and do something hard. And it’s about embracing the emotions we experience along the way. #skatethestates #skatethestates2025
