looked up the ingredients for the slime activator is water, boric acid, and sodium hydroxid (aka lye) all this can be bought for under $20 be sure to set up in a well ventilated area, use a respirator, and protective goggles before mixing all these chemicals slime girls!

also. ive used that elmers activator. it doesn't let the slime last long term. its ruined by day two after making it. so they wouldn't be able to ship their slimes

Ya'll, tacky glue will do the SAME THING. Both are the same type of glue, elmers is just a name brand. USE ALEENES TACKY GLUE!!! It works with regular activator. shame on elmers for taking a fun and easy DIY craft from others!

I knew it!!!! we got ours to work by adding shaving cream. I mixed FOREVER and nothing was happening. added shaving cream and BOOM, slime was finally being made
