it’s because we eat real food. in the US all you eat is canned food, processed food, fast food that’s no way to be healthy and happy living and eating like this and OF COURSE public health system ✨

where my family lives in brasil people are also very active at all hours of the day they are walking running playing soccer and volleyball along the beach everyone stays so fit

we're healthier bc we eat actual food and not only fast food or canned food. you dont find canned beans or meat. we have vegetables such as corn in cans, but most of our food are to b prepared at home, since there are a lot of ways and cultures in Brazil. if your gf is from Rio, she might have some foods that r prepared in some way, and for example, in Sao Paulo, that same food is prepared in a whole dif one. that's y food doesn't come in cans. ❤️
