this isn’t ok, i am begging anyone that sees this just focus on health, improve gut health and find a sport you enjoy, running, working out, walking something you genuinely do enjoy, make sure to do it healthily and only take healthy/good advice and research, if you want to get into something like pilates i recommend lilly sabri on youtube. make your sure getting enough sleep, drinking around 1-4L of water a day, adding lemon is good too, you can try out some supplements too, herbal teas have tons of benefits, green tea and peppermint and ginger are some basic ones (you can add honey,make them iced) don’t restrict any food group, but try and start eating whole foods and non processed, even try out anti inflammatory and lower refined sugar intake (this ofc isn’t possible for everyone, but try involve it as much as possible) (perhaps try 80/20), i really hope this helped a little bit, just make sure to focus on your health!!
