You could put the screen above the mirror but a little forward so it can rest straight when you pull it down. Get a couple of clothing racks that can fit on either side of the mirror. Shelving can be for things that aren’t clothes and shoe rack for shoes

Do you not have a closet? put pole brackets and closet rods on the wall and create a wall closet, one high towards the ceiling and one lower. Get a fold down desk for vanity behind the pull down backdrop
