People act like it’s uncommon to have the base board still on, when redoing a floor in a house or some commercial buildings it’s pretty rare they take off the base board.

people dont realize when installing flooring that most new houses are fully trimmed with baseboard and cabinets why we gonna remove it and do double the work they do it that way to make more money installing quarter round..

He is good. When is the LVT phase over? Has to be in the all time top 10 biggest scams for homeowners. Solid wood or LVT? Save up, lay wood and your return will be 2 or 3 fold in the right market. 25 years from now nobody will go "ooh..ah.. LVT Floors"
