This. I had clinicals at a SNF and I knew my patient had a nebulizer due right as our shift started at 7. I got there, checked in with the nurse, and the patient told me she already had it. I go out to the computer, nurse tells me she's confused (dementia dx) and hadn't received it yet, and I didn't need to check. I check the MAR - it was administered at 6:40. 🫠 Night shift had never done her morning neb in all the shifts I had that patient. That was a serious wake up call for me not to just trust the nurse 😂
