Love the creeping phlox. Had a patch of blue about 1/2 size of your plant and mice destroyed it over the winter.

Mine really spread this year. Two years ago I covered mine with chicken wire bc my neighbours chickens were scratching it. I secured it all better in the fall and the phlox grew thru the chicken wire. It seems to deter small rodents as well. I had a couple of other spots that the voles got to but not the phlox.
