I tried calling xbox for help after I paid to change my username and it didn't change and the worker who helped me complimented my user which i thought was odd and later added me on Xbox after he left work and asked if I could play games with him, the only thing they did to apologise for it happening was 3 months of live 😂

unlike PlayStation, Steam has been really good to me. I'm disabled & sometimes I find out I can't play a game. PlayStation most times will not let me return the game. Steam has always allowed me to return the game within reasonable time, no questions asked.

My husband’s account had fraudulent charges on psn. Our bank fixed it but PlayStation banned his account and won’t lift it until he pays the $300+ fraudulent charges back. So PlayStation rewards people hacking into other peoples accounts

My steam account got hacked, they didn’t do anything to help. I managed to recover it after a whole day but lost all my items in the inventory 🥲 No cupons or anything to even say “sorry we messed up”
