I will say working at a breakfast restaurant. I have had people order hard boiled eggs. 1. They usually come pre cracked not shell. (we offer pre hard boiled eggs, real eggs, eggs pre whipped, and egg white already separated) 2. the one question that got me when I first started was do you want your hard boiled egg to be hot or cold?! that was crazy to me because I don't know anyone that wants a hard boiled egg hot until I worked at this restaurant 😂🫣

my good cholesterol was low once when I was around 16, and I had to learn to make poached eggs (4 per day). I still make perfect poached eggs and love them (just not 4 per day).
