Man it’s crazy. I spent my entire 20s at the bar drinking every weekend and not once did someone tell me how bad alcohol is for me. But I’ve been running for three years and have heard numerous times how I’m overdoing it or I need to take it easy to avoid injury.

I had a Motocross accident where I had destroyed my left knee running has been a miracle for my knee it is healing it and making it stronger and I'm getting the feeling back in it all thanks to running 💪💪💪

Orthopedic surgeon told me to not run. So many other ways to get an exercise. He said if you are going to run, run on grass or a track at the minimum. Not concerate pavement or a tradmill

your spot on again my friend, I had a bad run day on 5/21 only pushed out a 36 min 5K , then you posted you had a 3 mile day and it’s ok stayed consistent, 5/23 -👍 10 mile day
